Vacuum evaporator

For the treatment of industrial waste water

Vacuum evaporators are sophisticated technical solutions used in the treatment of industrial wastewater.

RIS offers the right solution for the planning and implementation of your project as well as for service during operation. Depending on the industrial application and the amount of wastewater, different systems can be considered.

The different systems at a glance:

Electrically operated low-temperature vacuum evaporator with heat pump.

Suitable for die casting, electrical and mechanical industry, heat treatment, eluates from RO, food industry (electropolishing available on request) chemical and pharmaceutical, electroplating, pickling and surface treatment, paint industry, printing industry, engraving, printing, gravure, packaging and wineries (special line for grape must concentration).

Modular single or multiple effect vacuum evaporator

These vacuum evaporators are used for the effective concentration of water-based solutions. Always used when alternative energy sources are available. It can be operated with hot water, steam and diathermic oil. Ideal for recycling any waste heat and combining it with alternative sources. Suitable for all industries where very limited maintenance is required. Ideal in die casting and mechanical industries, heat treatment , eluates from RO, chemical and pharmaceutical, electroplating, pickling and surface treatments, leachates.

Electrically operated low-temperature vacuum evaporator with heat pump for semi-solid concentrations.

These units are used to concentrate sludge, solid semi-concentrates, wastewater contaminants, salt water and water with high storage density. They are always used where extremely high concentration is required. Ideal for recycling valuable raw materials (metals and salts). Suitable for ZLD installation, food industry (electropolishing available on request), chemical and pharmaceutical, cosmetics, plant extracts and flavours, galvanising, gold industry, mechanical industry, heat treatment (quenching and tempering).
